About Dennis C. Jackson
DennisDennis C. Jackson grew up in Parma and always knew he wanted to be an attorney. He graduated from Valley Forge High School, Bowling Green State University and in 1981, he graduated from law school at the University of Toledo.

Jackson’s father was a machinist at the Ford Motor Company where Dennis also worked during college. He says his employment at Ford was a great learning experience, education that he could not receive from his formal studies.

Essentially, Jackson is achieving his childhood dream. After working with Hyatt Legal Services for eight years, Jackson now heads his own law firm that limits its practice to estate planning and probate avoidance.

He lives in North Royalton with his wife and two children.

James D. Kennedy – Trust and Estate Settlement Attorney

DennisJim Kennedy is a 1985 graduate of John Carrol University with a degree in accounting. Prior to joining the firm in 1995, Jim worked at Ernst & Young after graduation from Cleveland – Marshall College of Law in 1990. Jim has helped hundreds of our clients in setting up their Revocable Living Trusts. Since 2005, Jim has assisted our clients in the sensitive area of settling Trusts, both when the first spouse passes and in transferring the assets to the family after both spouses have passed away. Jim also handles any probate matters related to estate settlement and also advises clients regarding income tax issues related to Trusts and Estates. Jim enjoys his relationships with the families he serves. Jim and his wife Cindy reside in Mayfield Village.

Rachel Tinney – Office Manager

DennisRachel has been with the firm since 1997. Rachel manages all the staff and makes sure the office is running smoothly. Rachel is responsible for all the document preparation. Rachel is an authority in deed preparation and real estate transfers. Rachel handles all documents recordings and the related correspondence with numerous County Auditors and Recorders. Rachel and her husband John reside in Barberton with their daughter.
